1. Returns and Refunds for Non-Faulty Products
We offer a 7-day return and 24 hours refund policy for non-faulty products with 10% restock charges deduction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is in its original condition, you may request a return and refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All accessories, tags, and documentation must be included with the return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team on WhatsApp at 03316801200 to request a return. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return with a proper reason and a video clip of product condition.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued in the following manner:
a. If you paid via Jazz Cash or Meezan Bank, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
b. If you paid via cash-on-delivery, we will issue the refund through bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.
4. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error in shipping or if the product is found to be faulty. We recommend using a reliable courier service to return the product, and we will provide instructions for the return process.
5. Refund Exceptions
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, perishable goods, and items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for a return or refund unless they are faulty.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
