Battery Capacity Indicator

The LCD features a 5-bar battery icon, where each bar represents approximately 20% battery capacity.

Functions

LCD Display On/Off

• Short press the button to turn the LCD display ON or OFF.

Adjustable Full & Cut-Off Voltage

Set the battery's full voltage and cut-off voltage according to your battery specifications.

Factory Default Settings

• Full Voltage: 60.0V
• Cut-Off Voltage: 47.5V

Setup Instructions

1. Long press the button to enter the settings menu.
2. The display shows 60.0V H
   • H = Full Voltage
   • L = Cut-Off Voltage
3. Short press to adjust each digit.
4. Long press to save and exit.

Note: Voltage settings can be changed up to 50 times.

Calibration Function

Each unit is factory calibrated, but manual calibration is also available.

Calibration Steps

1. Turn the meter OFF.
2. Press and hold the button while powering ON.
3. Apply a stable 20V DC reference voltage.
4. The display will show:

CAL → PASS

Calibration is complete once the normal display returns.

Waterproof Design

The front panel includes an integrated sealing ring that provides splash-resistant protection after installation, making it suitable for everyday outdoor and vehicle applications.

Note: Waterproof protection applies to the front panel only and is intended for protection against light water splashes.
